I was gonna help out with the production of a radio ad for adoption to be broadcast Kampala. I thought it'd involve writing a few scripts from my Kensal Rise kitchen. Then last week I went to a meeting of the charity involved to get a bit of background info. Things got much more serious. The charity's boss introduced me to everyone thus: 'This is Dave, he's coordinating our pro-adoption radio campaign - and other charities want to get involved too, so now its pan-African. She continued - 'and he's coming over in...'. She beckoned a response using an eyebrow raising technique, so I said: 'er, well, um... June, yeah June. Shit! So I guess I keep you updated right here.
