A terrifying adrenaline rush that I'd be lucky to repeat again. Having never presented on TV before, a job that had previously involved a bit of pre-recorded narration, escalated with a few days notice to 3 hours of LIVE anchoring. The TV audience wasn't huge, but those that were watching made their presence felt. My nervousness manifested itself in a rather camp delivery - stimulating a tipsy caller from Swindon to question my sexuality in a very crude manner. It's on YouTube somewhere, feel free to ignore.
